Though I joined Tanium before Roy, to lead the focus on MSPs and build that business in UK&I, the major challenge was having no defined MSP Program. I have had the opportunity to work with Roy Duckles twice in roles where I have led the EMEA organization of US Cybersecurity firms. He achieved these primary objectives within 6 months, and he delivered the Virtru Velocity Partner Program and a new partner portal which allowed us to develop new partnerships across all our business regions.
Roy was also instrumental in negotiating and signing a strategic partnership with Atos, which we are still developing today as a Global program.
Due to Virtru having to restructure its business at the end of 2019, it was with regret that we had to part ways. I always found Roy to be totally professional in his role, and I enjoyed working with him both as a colleague and a friend.
